Takealot disappointed loyal customer

Purchased 2 lampshades from Takealot. It was damaged but only logged a return after the 7 day cutoff as I got busy work etc. They did not accept my request to exchange. They then returned only one lampshade even more damaged than the first time. Been battling to get the second one back. Spoke to seven *********** people. Will never buy from them again. After being a loyal customer for years. Very dissapointed
