Takealot disappointed

So disappointed in takealot....I hv been a weekly consumer and recently ordered a new couch ...initially wen received the reclining side was faulty so I logged in the return of the defaulted product in exchange for another.....but to my surprise they delivered an ugly sleeper couch so different from wat I requested and paid for.i then logged another return....n no feed back....takealot is such a huge company but service delivery is becoming so poor....I mean geez do u guys guys know wats going on in the warehouse coz it's really difficult to make a mistake on such a big product and then to be ignored....I hope the many pple see ds post and recognize that takealot is no longer interested in consumer satisfaction
