TAKEALOT - disappearance of expensive parcels - Theft??

Ordered a new iPhone from Takealot - paid in full on 21 September with a promised delivery date of 28 Sep. Received an SMS at 14h30 on 28th confirming delivery before 5pm on that day. At 15h40 this was cancelled and it now stated it will be delivered Sat 29th before 12 pm. I called complaint but no luck! So I waited patiently on Sat 29th for the delivery - it never came - I got an e-mail stating it was delivered and signed off by me - It never arrived! The courier guy called me at 11h30 asking if I was home I said yes (I have his cell) - he then obviously either stole the parcel or delivered it to one of his friends or at wrong address - Bottom Line I NEVER got my iPHONE - This is **************** - NEED AN EXPLANATION - a REFUND and/Or a new cell phone
