Takealot disapointed me sooo much I can't put it in words

I used Takealot for years now, but it's time to move on, I ordered eyepieces for my telescope, I waited 3 weeks, one day before shipping, THEY CANCELED MY ORDER!!! I hate what happened, and now I have to talk to a robot that doesn't care!
