TakeAlot Did Not Refund Me Or Give Me Back The Item.

Returned a UPS with return ID MRRN-BZ6OG-6PG8 on the 7th of December 2022. Takealot concluded that they would not refund me, I have been waiting since the 22nd of Dec for the item to be returned to me in good order.
