Takealot did not deliver as indicated

Bought some goods from Takealot. All items where in stock. 7 Days later I only received half of the items! Where is the rest? I did not withhold some of my money -why are may goods not delivered? Best of all, the website now show that the rest of my goods will take another 8days. I used takealot for the speed and convenience. I could have just as well went somewhere else, and paid less...
