Takealot did me down

I lost 6000 rand with Takealot after they refuse to pay for a tv I bought and the screen was crack They took it back and then return it same time stating I should have check it on the spot which was the worst thing I heard How does one check something on the spot I never even use it was in the original box They put the blame as doesn’t cover warranty for a crack screen Please be careful when u buy a tv or appliance from Takealot Many emails and they never took responsibility pass it over to hisense Worst company to deal with Never again
