TAKEALOT DID ME DIRTY

Hi, I bought a phone on TAKEALOT on the 21st of February and a few weeks later I decided to return it because it had battery issues (I opted for replace item). On the 19th of March I issued a return and left the phone at the security in the morning as I left for school, I did receive confirmation through my friends phone that the parcel has been collected. The following Monday I received an email from tTAKEALOT saying they can not replace the phone because it is old, as I was confused because I returned a phone that is a month old and it had a screen protector, I opened the pictures that were attached only to find a very damaged phone which is not mine. I wrote an email and called explaining that they said they are going to take the matter to returns department. Two days later I sent an email again asking for an update the was no answer only a few hours later there was a call through my friends phone that I have a parcel from TAKEALOT my heart just sank because I knew they returned that very old phone as they have stated in their last email that if I don't take it back they are going to dispose it, got to my room opened the box there it was that old phone. My friend and I tried to open the phone by guessing the PIN and we succeeded with 12345. It had pictures, numbers, documents and everything, we went through the pictures only to find the TAKEALOT DRIVER in there, the guy swapped my brand new SAMSUNG GALAXY A14 with his very old SAMSUNG A32, I even saw from his emails that his google account logged in a Samsung A14 on the 22nd of March and he collected the parcel on the 20th of March. I know he's a driver from TAKEALOT because I saw him on the CCTV as he collected the parcel. I reported this to TAKEALOT and to this day(19 April) as I'm writing this there is still no response from TAKEALOT I'm a student without a phone and the driver comes to my Res every now and then to deliver meaning he hasn't been investigated and his life is going on nice while I'm stuck without a phone and without money to buy a new phone.
