Takealot devices

Please do not buy phones or devices from takealot ..they sell **** phones that last a month or two..I had written to the manufacturer and they agreed to fix the device providedi will send it back to takealot and they will take it from there ....I logged a return to takealot and reported that my screen protector is broken but that wasn't the problem I had with the device rather the battery that just went off and didn't want to charge......they just said it is not within warranty because of the screen and they have sent me back a dummy device....clear indicator that they did not get the device from the manufacturer.
