Takealot desperation resolves to theft now

Bought a multiplug and received product only to find out this plug does not accommodate all plug sizes that it was meant to..called and returned the product very next day and requested a replacement thinking product was a defect.... Product was collected within the same week...and once again as usual these rogues taken bought the product and my money now... A few months have passed by and no response from these guys on my credit or replacement... I know times are getting tough but Takealot how desperate are you guys *****ing a few hundred bucks....REALLY NOW ??????????
