Takealot description and items and services are poor

There is a Virtual Reality Headset - G06A on takealot. The description states it has a usb port with motion tracking. I had ordered it 3 times and all three times it has arrived and i had to return it as it doesn't have the port. I have messaged the support desk numerous time and they insured me that they will get it sorted meaning they will check it and have it sorted out before it gets to me. When it arrives i open them and yet again its wrong. First one came from Vic B import export, 2nd & 3rd time Uba boyZ Trading. I repeatedly messaged them to ensure me that they got the right one with the port. They said yes it has a usb port and stuff as per description. I have spoken to multiple people on email to make sure the item that is being sent down is now correct. This has ben going back and forth from 11th july 2024. This is very very frustrating what u see is definitely not what u getting. Very poor service.they will not even compensate you for the wromg that they have done.
