Takealot denying payment

I have made a payment for something that I bought online. When I made the payment I have received confirmation of the payment and it said that delivery would be on the 13th July 2023. But today on the 4th of July 2023 I recieved a mail from Takealot saying that thay haven't recieved my payment yet. I have proof of the payment I have made
