Takealot demaged my car and ghosted me!

Takealot.com ghosted me after their driver dinged/sc****d my bumper! On 16 May Takealot driver Adams, delivering in Stellenbosch area, reversed and dinged/sc****d the rear bumper of my car that was parked in my driveway. He admited fault and it was reported to SAP, and takealot said they will contact insurance and get back to me in the following week. Its been Months! I have called and and made no headway, so here I am. If this happens to you, beware, they will dissapear on you, leaving you to deal with the demage.
