Takealot Deliving incomplete items and declining the returns!

Seems Takealot is bringing in and selling stock that is either faulty, plugs dont work or half of what is supposed to be in the box is not there? There agents dont log the retun when you phone in and then you are told sorry you returned the stock with half the parts? So almost R900.00 of my hard earned money will now be lost due to the lack of proper quality product!!!

I purchase a garment steamer from you, the fitting that actually extends to hang clothes up was not in the box, as well as the plug does not fit on south african plugs? Phoned in and logged a return, the lady whom I spoke never logged it on the takealot system, a week later I made a fuss and cc'd the CEO as well? Then only did I recieve some form of help!, Then the returns people sent me an email to say my return is declined?

This is rediculous.

I will never in my life support or purchase any item from Takealot ever again! Maybe you should try selling decent Soutrh African products that cost is reliable!

To me my money is worth alot, now you decide to take my money due to your faulty product that came incomplete!
