Takealot delivery woes

Placed an order. Recieved a confirmation sms saying my items were out for delivery on 14.09.22. so I waited at home all day long. Got a call from Takealot to say their delivery guy is at my gate. He wasn't. After a while we found out he's at the wrong address. Not the address indicated on my order, but somewhere totally different. So we made arrangements for the next day. Same thing. Argued and fought with a lady ( and I use that term liberally) who continually promised to call back but just didn't. Eventually she promised the items would be delivered today, and that she would call to confirm what time. . Today, 16.09.22 I waited till 12. No delivery or even a call. I called diedre on *** and she says the parcel isn't out for delivery. This, after promising yesterday that it would be delivered today. Terrible service.
