Takealot delivery - whats that ??

Ordered a parcel for delivery on Monday 21st, great, check site delivered and signed for at 8:00 am on the 21st.<br> Problem try to locate the parcel, no one has seen it,the person who apparently signed, unknown. Then starts the runaround, send two e-mails to the info desk nothing but a automated reply on how concerned they are about my query.<br> Many calls later many different people all promise to call you, most don't bother some do with absolutely no information. The main problem is the outsourcing chain Takealot to Mr Delivery to UTI Internal to UTI to UTI driver.There is zero continuity and absolutely no accountability, its always someone else !<br> Look at the Takealot site a wonderful array of great pictures of smiling execs, can you get hold of one, of course not no one dares to give you any information even of the exec in charge of client service !! By the number of issues on this site, I should have known better, do now.<br>
