Takealot Delivery Useless

My order was scheduled for delivery yesterday and they rescheduled for today, but yet again it was not delivered. The reason on the tracking app that is given: We tried to deliver your order today, but couldn't. Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule. I have been at the delivery address both days and nobody came my my address or tried to call me. All my previous orders from Takealot have been delivered to my current address with no problem, so their new driver should be fired for being lazy and useless.
