Takealot Delivery* Thabisani Ncube VERY RUDE****

I ordered on Takealot on Monday 16 Oct and my order was delivered on the 18th October. However!!! the DRIVER that delivered my order was SOOO rude, inconsiderate and very unhelpful. My delivery address is very clear, but for some reason the driver was at the wrong place but even after I gave him directions and waited for him outside, he insisted on standing an inconvenient place for me and would even respond when i asked him to help me with the boxes as they were heavy. I would really recommend for Takealot to create a review site for drivers where they can track customer responses because such drivers are taking the brand reputation of the company down the drain as well as affecting the resellers sales.
