Takealot delivery team not trust worthy!!

Takealot order #***. I ordered and paid for a freezer on the 25/09. The message received that delivery is schedule for Wednesday (today) 02-10-2024. I took a day off to receive my order. Now my problem. This morning at about 06:44 I received a message from your delivery team that my order is rescheduled and will only be delivered tomorrow 03-10-2024. I am working in a mine underground in Santoy which is about 85km away from home. I took a day off, I am not only losing a day off work, but also losing underground bonuses, travelling allowance etc.. I called Takealot on the number ***. The phone was picked up by a guy by the name of Kyle. He than contacted the delivery people who told him that they cannot deliver today as previously promised when the item was bought. I than asked Kyle for my money back today still or my item. He than said that will not be possible. I asked Kyle to please speak to a manager. I was put on hold. After about I was put on hold for almost 10 min Kyle came back and told me his manager can't take my call now. In other words she is too busy to attend to client complaints. I asked for her name after pleading for almost 15min I was told her name is Rabia. He refused to give her surname. After you have inconvenienced me Takealot. Made me loose a day at work, underground bonuses and travelling allowance I please want my money back TODAY. THE 02 OCTOBER 2024, AND NOT A DAY LATER!! Your after sale service is a BIG MESS!!
