Takealot Delivery Team Mafikeng gives horrible service

Horrific experience the past months with Takealot and Superbalist where Takealot delivery team is the designated courier to deliver pacakges. None of the packages is delivered on time, no telephone call from the courier and no service from Takealot on both parcels on my account as well as that of my husband. 4 parcels in a row now. All delivered late, even though the tracking details show that it was handed to the courier well in advance.

They should switch couriers and or appoint people to do the job properly.

Not willing to buy there any longer.
