Takealot delivery team is useless

Takealot has delivered the parcel to the person whom I don't know. I have placed the order on the 09th of March 2019. When I enquire they keep on saying it has been delivered to the address and signed off by this person. I have even tried their service provider, Fedex, whenever I call, once I explain my query, they put me on hold till it hangs up.
