Takealot delivery team is the worst

Hi Takealot delivery received my FNB card for delivery on the 6th of november.Today is the 12th and i have not received my card yet They tried calling me ONCE and i was unable to take the call.I returned the call 4 times,however I have had no joy as i was told that i will be called back to schedule a delivery,and never did. since the first call,they did not call again to schedule a delivery.I've been on the phone since 12:20 and it's been 16mins and my call is yet to be answered! why the hell does FNB use such a terrible service provider?takelalot has a poor reputation for parcel deliveries,yet you still trust them with your clients business.
