Takealot Delivery Team for FNB Cheque Card

I have been waiting for my FNB Card delivery since 26 January 2021. Received an SMS on the 22 January 2021, 11:52 that Takealot Delivery Team will deliver the cheque card on the 26 January 2021 before17:00pm. Today is the 01 February 2021 16:43 still no card, no calls to explain why the card has not been delivered or why there is a delay. This is beyond disappointing, to say the least especially when I am the one who does the phone calls follow up and always told they will deliver today 10 days including weekends no calls or card delivery.
