Takealot Delivery Team (FNB)

I received a email on saturday stating that takealot delivery team (FNB) will be in contact with me. Today they called and as i picked up they dropped the call. I then call back wanting to confirm my delivery details. I have been waiting for more than a hour on the line! how am i suppose to confirm my delivery details and when do they expect me to get my parcel! if its urgent.
