Takealot- delivery sucks!

Takealot informed me per sms that delivery would take place on Order No. ********** 9 on Thurs 31 Jan between 8am - 5pm. No delivery arrived. More importantly they did not sms me again or telephone that there would be no delivery but left me hanging. They did not respond to my sms's in reply or to my reply emails and there was no telephone number I could phone. I wasted an entire day. Today I received an sms that delivery would take place on 1 Feb between 8am-5pm. If you live alone, their delivery sucks and this company is not for you.
