Takealot delivery, still waiting after 19 days

I ordered 2 items (Google Home mini smart speaker and a book - Mindfulness) from Takealot.com in December 2020, both were delivered on the 22 December 2020.

The book was delivered in a bad condition, it was dirty.

The smart speaker did not arrive in its original packaging, furthermore, the power adapter was damaged.

I then logged a replacement for the smart speaker and a refund for the book. I received the refund a few days later. But 19 days later I am still waiting for the replacement item, I have spoken to two Takealot employees but this issue is still not resolved. They have both (on separate occasions) promised the item will be delivered before the end of the day, but there has been no attempt to deliver my item.

The issue seems to be with their Courier company (Fast and Furious), because the status of my order reflects "Shipped" from Takealot's website. Takealot should have a serious conversation with their delivery partner because this is beyond bad service.
