Takealot delivery staff dishonest!!!!!!!

I received a call on Friday the Takealot driver want to deliver. I directed him to the property and then he casually said sorry mam I'm not comfortable doing a delivery here. I asked him why he did not say that to his manager when he got to parcel to deliver, he put the phone down in my ear. Saturday the regular driver of our area called me I was out. I informed him he can deliver on Monday. A few hours later I got a message to say my order is on the way to the warehouse because of failed delivery. 1st your (Takealot) driver was not honest and said delivery failed. 2nd when I contacted the PE Warehouse the lady also put the phone down in my ear just say delivery failed. I phoned back numerous times she picked up the phone and did not talk when I said hello she put the phone down again. I phone later another lady Cheroldene said my order will be sorted. I need confirmation on this. Even Takealot now saying to me on Facebook delivery failed, they do not listen to their customers and side with their dishonest employee.
