Takealot delivery services unreliable

Takealot delivery services are unreliable..they were supposed to deliver my Fnb card on the 7th June 2018 between 16:00 and 16:30pm..I called twice after the scheduled time to find out if they still coming and the consultant I spoke said the driver informed her he was running late but was definitely coming. I had to cancel my evening plans because I was under the impression my parcel was going to be delivered but it wasn’t. I still haven’t received nor heard anything from them.
