Takealot delivery services

My order was scheduled for Thursday between 08:00-17:00 I waited and waited I logged back in and checked to track my order and the time changed to 19:00 I waited until 19:00 nothing came at 19:30 is when Takealot decided to notify that have rescheduled my delivery I thought the customer does that not them I called their customer like between 18:00-19:00 since they said that’s their operating times but my call kept on ending automatically I called their customer following morning asking for assistance their workers seem to have no care and I had explained that I needed my parcel the day it was supposed to come because I wouldn’t be home and there would be no one after 11 am but it was important I get it as the stuff I needed for my trip were in that parcel Three people telling me different things the last guy told me he doesn’t control the delivery cars and I need to calm down and wait not a single apology for the inconvenience Takealot does this all the time just because they have a million customers doesn’t mean they can treat us as they want
