Takealot delivery service is BS

The tracker on the Takealot site does not work. My package that came with free delivery is now 3 DAYS late. I messaged them on Twitter and got two replies requesting my order number and saying I'd get some feedback but now nothing. I have since seen the monitor for cheaper at other stores so I'm annoyed that this is happening.
