Takealot delivery service

I received an SMS stating that my order would be delivered before 17:00 on the 29th July 2024.

It is now 16:41 30th July 2024,my order has still not been delivered. I contacted Takealot this morning and they've been "escalating the matter" the whole day. For an order that's already late. What an inconvenience.
