TakeAlot delivery -POOR SERVICE

I ordered on takealot on Friday and received a text Saturday morning that my item will be delivered on Monday 30/10/23 before 5. The delivery guy called me at 17:04 my phone didn’t even ring for long (he didn’t even bother to give me a proper call! ) I called him back and told him I had already left for work. He was so rude! I asked him if we can reschedule he said no they will send someone else. Disgusting! I am a regular customer on takealot this is the first time I’m receiving such treatment!
