Takealot delivery person “Siboniso Zulu”

I would like to lodge a complain . The driver who was supposed to deliver my order called me to inform me that he is getting lost , as I proceeded to ask his whereabouts so I can direct him , he started swearing at me . He blocked my calls , I couldn’t reach him , i tried calling him with a different number and continued to swear at me and telling me that the order will be delivered by an “asshole” . I told him that I would report his behavior and he said even if I do nothing will be done with that besides my order being delivered by another “msunu” he than proceeded to end the call with a “Voetsek”. After hours of him giving me the runaround he decided to flag my delivery as wrong address. He was not alone in the car , so he decided to give the phone to the person he was with so I can be convinced to fetch my order at the gate , I refused to fetch it because I do not trust them after being sworn at and being threaten that if I come to the gate he will hurt me and not just swear at me . The name of the rude driver who was swearing at me is Siboniso Zulu (+27 (79) ***).
