Takealot delivery on wild goose chase

I ordered a Christmas tree 10 days ago and takealot has managed to send this tree everywhere but to my door. Nobody can pinpoint where exactly my tree is and I have yet to get a direct answer as to when I can expect my delivery I was promised delivery 5 days ago and I am still waiting. ?
