TAKEALOT DELIVERY NON DELIVERY

I ordered on TAL app with the details as per usual. I then get a notification to say my delivery is scheduled, only to find out on tracking the order that there is insufficient address details. I then contact TAL to ask how this is possible since my address is listed in full on the order. I am then told that the order is at the incorrect branch and the delivery would have to be rescheduled and take another 3 days. Really!!!!!!

Upon asking how this could possibly be my problem since I ordered on the TAL app with address details where they have delivered previously as per my account details, only to be told that this is how the process works.

Pathetic service!
