TakeAlot delivery missing items and they won't try and find out but they got full money so it doesn't matter right!

This is really just disappointing, i am a regular buyer on takealot however this time i have been **********. i initially bought wireless buds from them and i got the item however they were not working don't charge or switch on, i returned the item and to order something different and only to wait over 2 weeks for delivery but that's not the worst part because my order was 3 items and they delivery 2 and when i complained i was told i was supposed to take picture of the delivered items and because i didn't do that and threw aways the boxes i have lost out and they will not be doing anythings as apperantly from the factory everything was packed. but they don't realize that one of the item is a combo and in that combo box 1 item was missing but they got their money they don't care. so for other customer please be aware of your delivery from takealot else you will be bambozelled or maybe i was the april fool special
