Takealot delivery mess.

I am livid as I am writing this. I ordered yesterday for something to be delivered today and I paid for the fast delivery for a reason. Never mind that I leave work at 2pm Friday, it's my urgent order so I was prepared to wait until 5pm. Only to be told at 16:36 that I wasn't available to receive my order. Where would I go?2nd time happening
