Takealot delivery man was so unprofessional

I've used this app countless times before and the service has always been great however with my latest order #***9 I was so disappointed with the service rendered by the delivery person. He was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked him to deliver the microwave I had ordered at my apartment door however he kept insisting that it wasn't heavy therefore I should carry it myself and he was saying all this right in front of the securities at the building where I stay downstairs. He then eventually carried the microwave to the lift and he was complaining all the way going up to my apartment and telling me it's not so heavy. I cannot tolerate such attitude from a service provider because when I pay for services as a client I expect only the best service to be rendered. I've never been so humiliated in front of securites and disrespected like that before by a service provider! The reason why I ordered from takealot. in the first place was so I didn't have to carry the microwave but have it delivered at my door step. I'm so disappointed and I hope something is done about this behavior.
