Takealot delivery late!!!!

I ordered a air mattress on Takealot and the delivery date was 31 Aug 2017. I ordered the product for a camping trip that I would take on 1 Sept 2017. On 31 Aug 2017 at 10:09 I received an sms that said my order will be delivered on 1 Sept 2017. I phoned the call center and all they said was that the delivery company only makes deliveries once a day to my town and that they cannot make an exception. This has no forced me to go to another store in my town and buy another more expensive air mattress as we cannot go camping without one. I am very disappointed in the delivery company and Takealot for their unwillingness to get my package to me in time and for not understanding the difficult position they have now put me in. This is unacceptable service and now I have to spend more money and time to get an air mattress in time for my trip.
