Takealot delivery issues to be addressed asap!!!

Take a lot has declined in service... there needs to be improvements... ive been shipped the wrong products many times completely different from the description and images and whats included inside the box... yes a similar item but not the quality of product selected and paid for.

Then deliver schedule doesn't work.... at least give a rough time that delivery's will be made... its either the driver is lazy and doesn't show and i wasted an entirely day or two just for the package to come late or returned to the warehouse and not worth any good deals whatsoever as those days out of work is unpaid as its performance based on my end and im sure many peoples end..

Thankfully the driver this time is a young Gauteng gent whom agreed to try to meet me at a chosen time... I understand his just working with system or takealot so i cannot really review the driver because its out of his control.. its 2025 improve, you running an outdated system or operations....

Competitors have my loyalty.. the employees and customers or take a lot is being put at a major disadvantage...
