Takealot delivery issues

Delivery accidentally ships to the wrong pickup point Apparently theh cant help me. I even offer to pay for the delivery

They state I must cancel and order again..if that happens then they take it back to the warehouse anyway ...it took almost 10 days to get delivered

I tell them I am unhappy..they call me and nothing is resolved. Whats even the damn point
