Takealot Delivery impossible to reach

Takelot Delivery is supposed to deliver a FNB card and they sent me an sms asking me to contact them. I had to hold on for half an hour (using MY airtime) without anyone answering. All this time I had to listen to the MOST HORRIBLE music playing in POOR sound quality. There is no contact e-mail on their website so I have no other way to reach them.
