Takealot delivery guys lying about deliveries

I've never had any issues with deliveries or returns before but with my last couple of dealings, Ive had a returned screen credited because when I bought it it was R3999 and a year later (2year warranty) its suddenly R5999 (showing in stock) and then can't replace it so I got credited but now need to fork out an extra 2K to replace my screen.

Then deliveries also the last couple of times, drivers keep saying they couldn't deliver but every time there have been people ready to receive the parcels, then going through a reschedule can take 2 to 5 days extra before they attempt delivery again.

this morning I had 3 deliveries, 1 got delivered early and the 2nd one could not be delivered, the reason being there was no one to receive the parcel. These MR D drivers are *****ing around and then just logging falsely that they couldn't deliver.

Then when you wanna contact Takealot to hear where the guy is so maybe you can drive out to him, its impossible to get a tel nr to actually phone them and you have to rely on waiting on a response from an email
