Takealot delivery

I had done two orders these past week in May they were supposed to deliver my first order around 26 may but the first order got delayed and they moved it to 30 may 2020.The second order was supposed to be delivered around 27 may but got rescheduled for 28 may which i did also not get.The first order they promised to pay out since they couldnt deliver and my second order i am still waiting when i track they say that my order has arrived i want proof of my signature seeing that that's not true i did not receive any parcel and i email them they don't assist they simply ignore my emails this is frustrating
