Takealot delivery fails!!!

I would not have even given one star, but cant write a review if I don't, I have had major issues with the delivery of an order of mine, I bought and paid for 2 items on 2018/03/02, order to be delivered on 2018/03/14, then delivery delayed for who knows what reason, next delivery was said to be by me by today(2018/03/19) AND AGAIN, delivery will be delayed, this morning received a message saying my order is on the way to me, and would be here between 08h00 and 17h00, at 15h00 I received yet AGAIN "the delivery failed and will be rescheduled, WHY!!!! Are these drivers dispatched and then they get drunk next to the road??? 3 times now, come on takealot, find a better way to deliver...... I have brought you so many new buyers, I'm warning everyone of your poor delivery services, takealot have not even called me once to apologize or to explain why. My son's 6th birthday was the 8th of March, I could not give hom a gift, IT'S NOW THE 19th and STILL NO ORDER!!!!!
