Takealot delivery

I ordered on Tuesday using my voucher number so the guy who was delivering my package/order said I have to pay R307 I’m like how cause I got a R250 voucher and I used it he said that’s not his problems I must call Takealot. I then called Takealot I’ve been on hood for the past 30minutes and on my profile there’s my address however the driver was 2 blocks away I had to walk it’s not ok
