Takealot delivery driver stole my order and claims that I signed for it.

I ordered goods from Takealot (oxygen and sanitizer). They claimed to have delivered the goods to me and that I (the customer) signed for these goods. The signature is not my signature at all. I was at home and available the entire day of the delivery- was even prepared to receive the delivery as they sent an sms the day before. They have not assisted me with this matter or even advised on the way forward. It was not a cheap order either. I am worried that the driver stole my goods as he also cant give a description of the person who signed for the order. Worst experience with an online shop so far. I want to report this as a case of theft and at this stage Takealot will be the party that stole the goods. If this is the way that they are going to handle deliveries then I would rather pay only once the goods have been reveived.
