Takealot Delivery disappointing

I ordered a fridge at takealot a week ago and the planned delivery date is supposed to be today the 23 July 2020. Roundabout 12pm I went to the shops to buy fridge stuff meat and all fridge items, now at 2pm I got an SMS saying the parcel arrived at the incorrect facility and the order will be re-routed, what about the items I bought, and stuff that will be ruined. Why they did not notify earlier in the morning. This is not acceptable and they do not even call or get back to me, I mean it has been almost a week and they have to make things worse by rescheduling I mean what was so difficult to reroute it the same day.

I am so disappointed with takealot.
