Takealot delivery desapointing

Waiting entire morning sitting outside get the message could not deliver??? No driver came to my gate or as, usually called to make me aware, this is the first time, but it's, extremely desapointing as driver most likely could not find, my place or did not even try but it did waisted my day?!
