Takealot delivery delay

I've placed an order on the 2nd of November delivery was supposed to be the 7th of November then it changed to the 10th of November now its changed again to the 11th of November and I need my goods asap they have really bad service why advertise things you don't have then when you have it you delay delivery everytime
